What is an Heirloom?
An Heirloom is a premium card featuring your personal message, handwritten with real ink by our custom printing system. Each one is individually crafted and mailed directly to your recipient.
How long does delivery take?
Most Heirlooms arrive within 5–7 business days. You can choose a preferred delivery date during checkout and we will ship accordingly.
What is a Sprout?
A Sprout is a $5 digital gift that plants a real tree in someone’s name. Your recipient receives a beautiful digital experience showing the species, location, and a personal message from you.
Can I send to someone without knowing their address?
Yes. During checkout you can request the recipient’s address via a secure link sent by text or email. They provide their address privately, and we handle the rest.
What is your refund policy?
Every purchase is backed by The Joy Guarantee. If your experience is anything less than extraordinary, we will refund you immediately—no questions asked.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap.
